We are really hoping you can join us on this special occasion and make it extra special with your presence and participation! This is not just for the teachers and therapists who graduated from YogaVahini but all those who have been part of our community. Maybe you have done Yoga Sadhana with us, attended workshops, retreats or short study programs. Perhaps you are learning chanting, attending group classes or one-on-one yoga therapy sessions with YogaVahini teachers and therapists. In whatever form, you are now part of this beautiful river that is flowing in the direction of yoga, enlivening and nourishing each other and the world!  Sangama is going to be a special confluence of our collective aspirations. The celebrations formally begin on January 16th, 2025 at 4 pm IST. The gathering of the alumni over high tea at the beautiful SRCM Babuji Memorial Ashram campus where we will spend the next 3 days. Every evening we have lined up some interesting music and dance presented by some of our own alumni and close friends of YogaVahini. Please click below the link to the tentative schedule. Sangama 2025 Program Schedule YogaVahini Souvenir We request you to contribute articles and case studies for the YogaVahini Souvenir. Your submissions for the Souvenir will reach the yoga world, medical fraternity, and the world at large. Please find below the format adapted from YTT guidelines provided by IAYT, that you may use: CASE STUDY FORMAT FOR SANGAMA SOUVENIR Your case study (ies) can be published with your profile in the YogaVahini Directory on our website; this will be initiated after the Sangama event. Select case studies could even be submitted to reputed scientific journals for publication. Based on your work, YogaVahini will be happy to invite you to offer your expertise in our courses moving forward. If you need assistance in putting together your submission, please get in touch with us at yvsangama@gmail.com. Please note that the last date for submission of case studies and articles is 30th November 2024. YogaVahini Graduates Survey Form We are conducting a survey to collect information on your teaching and therapy work after graduating from YogaVahini. We intend to use this information to create a YogaVahini teachers & therapists Directory on our website. Based on a thorough review of survey responses, we will be inviting you to feature in the Directory. The following criteria (and not limited to) will be applied for selection into the Directory: You are teaching actively and you are making significant contribution to your community through yoga. You continue to study and be guided by a mentor from YogaVahini You are actively pursuing your learning with YogaVahini through Yoga Sadhana, workshops and retreats continuously upgrading your teaching practice. Please fill this form if you are an alumnus of YogaVahini and wish to be included in the YogaVahini Directory of yoga teachers and therapists. Survey Form Warmly Saras Let's take a trip down memory lane! Relive your journey through a fun video showcasing your work in community service, special projects, or any initiative close to your heart! Whether it's a group effort or solo shots, do share photos, videos, chants, or even have your students speak on how yoga has transformed their lives—these will be displayed in the main hall before the cultural celebrations! Please add your submissions to the below Drive Folder: Share Photos/Videos We invite you to share this opportunity with your family and friends (especially in Chennai), encouraging them to join our open workshops and customized morning practice sessions on specialized topics.  Additionally, if you would like to sponsor 1-2 individuals for these enriching experiences, a contribution of Rs. 500 per person will cover all three days of group classes, the Sunday workshop, and cultural programs.
