11 AM - 12:30 PM IST [online] Dear friends, On November 1st, we are starting the second Sangati series with Savithri Ravikrishnan. Please note the change in the session timings (Tuesdays 11 AM - 12:30 PM IST) Let us come together to practice and share our learning with each other. It will be nice if people in Chennai can come to the center to practice together. The days and timings of the future Sangati sessions may change to accommodate people in different time zones and the teachers' availability. Sangati is open to all students and teachers at YogaVahini and is offered free of charge. We request each one of you to make time to practice as a collective! To encourage active participation in the live sessions, recordings will not be made available to participants. Love and best wishes,
